CareerLife Global is a social enterprise committed to solving two of Africa’s most pressing challenges: youth unemployment and skills mismatch. We believe everyone deserves access not just to any work, but to meaningful, decent work, and that the talents of young people and mothers are among our greatest national assets.

Our Story
We started as CareerLife Foundation, providing training and mentorship to help people step into their first roles. But over time, we saw that without sustainable, scalable solutions, ones that people are willing to pay for, and employers are willing to partner on, the same gaps would persist.

So, we evolved. We became CareerLife Global, a social enterprise. We still run programs like Career Moms Mentorship and Employability Fitness, but now we build them with sustainability in mind. We design offerings that can scale, be paid for, be invested in, not just depend on donations.

Vision
To become Africa’s leading social enterprise, transforming employability into prosperity.

Mission
Through innovative programs, career mentorship, and partnerships, our mission is to close the skills gap by equipping young people and women with the right knowledge, networks, and pathways to thrive.

Our Impact in Numbers
Since launching as a social enterprise, we have:
5,000+ youths impacted through training, mentorship & digital community
1,500+ placed in decent jobs with employer partnerships
50,000+ members in our community via WhatsApp groups, newsletter & digital platforms
150+ professional volunteers supporting delivery, mentorship, coaching
