CareerReady is a youth workforce development nonprofit serving Palm Beach County. Formerly known as Suits for Seniors, our mission has always been rooted in preparing high-achieving, under-resourced high school seniors for success beyond graduation.

Through leadership development, financial literacy, mentorship, and professional exposure, CareerReady connects education to employment. Our programs support students as they move from the classroom into college, careers, and community leadership, while strengthening local talent pipelines for employers and partners across the region.

We believe that when students are prepared, connected, and supported early, the outcomes extend far beyond a single milestone.
