Crystal Burrows

Crystal Burrows is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in program coordination, communications, and the trades. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at CAREERS since January 2021, Crystal focuses on supporting high school students in exploring career opportunities within the trades, offering guidance on research, resume building, and placement support. Additionally, Crystal holds the position of Beauty Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart and operates as an Independent Consultant for Pampered Chef since 2010. Prior to these roles, Crystal spent two decades with the Government of Alberta, where responsibilities included crisis communications, media relations, and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes roles as a Forest Officer and Patrolman, focusing on wildfire management and firefighting. Crystal's educational background includes a Public Relations Diploma from the University of Victoria and a Forest Technology degree from NAIT.
