Terry Wall

Terry Wall has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 22 years. Terry is currently the Founder of Carefeed, a platform that facilitates seamless communication and engagement for senior communities. In this role, Terry is responsible for managing processes to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff.

Prior to founding Carefeed, Terry worked at PatientPoint as the Senior Vice President of the Hospital Division from 2013 to 2020. In this role, they led a national sales team and focused on connecting local healthcare businesses with the right patients and healthcare providers. Terry oversaw sales strategies, channels, recruitment, training, marketing initiatives, lead-generation opportunities, customer retention, and P&L. Terry also managed a portfolio of hospital solutions, including waiting room digital screens, patient guides, mobile apps, and online solutions, aimed at improving clinical outcomes, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Before their role at PatientPoint, Terry held various executive leadership positions at hibu from 2004 to 2013. In 2012, they were appointed as the Regional Vice President, where they directed a team of over 200 individuals selling print and digital advertising across seven states. Terry provided strategic counsel on cross-platform opportunities and played a key role in launching new print, online, and search initiatives.

Terry's career began at Vivial in 1998, where they held various sales and sales leadership roles until 2004.
