Founded in 2013, Carefirst is a specialist temporary care recruitment agency dedicated to supporting care homes and establishments across the UK. We understand that staffing shortages in the care sector can put immense pressure on care providers, which is why we aim to take that burden off our clients by offering reliable, flexible staffing solutions. This enables care homes to maintain the high standards of care they are committed to delivering, without the stress of recruitment challenges.

At Carefirst, we specialise in providing qualified, experienced, and compassionate temporary staff who can quickly integrate into care teams, ensuring there is no disruption to the quality of care provided. Whether it’s covering short-term vacancies, holiday leave, or unexpected absences, we step in with the right professionals to meet our clients' needs.

Our reputation has grown through our ability to match the right candidates to the right care homes. In response to the positive feedback we received regarding the quality of our staff, we launched Carefirst Training Academy in 2016. Through the academy, we now provide high-quality, tailored training to care establishments, helping them build and maintain highly skilled teams.

Carefirst is proud to be a trusted partner to care homes, providing not only the staff they need but also the expertise that enhances their services, ensuring they can deliver the best possible care to those who need it most.
