Alex Doring

Alex Doring, Esq. is the Director of Employee Relations at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they focus on people operations, labor contract administration, and collective bargaining. Previously, Alex held several roles at Northrop Grumman, including Manager of Labor Relations, where they acted as a primary liaison to union leadership and advised executives on labor disputes. They have also served as the Director of Labor Relations and Risk Management at the Maryland Department of Health. Alex holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics and Criminology from the University of Maryland College Park.
