Ann Cook

Ann Cook is an experienced professional in systems engineering and project management, currently serving as the Systems Engineering Supervisor and Change Management Lead at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since March 2024. Ann previously held the role of Sr. Technical Project Manager at American Electric Power, managing advanced technology projects with substantial budgets and serving as Scrum Master for application teams. Prior to that, Ann was an Agile Delivery Program Manager at Capital One, leading multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
