Arthur Smith

Arthur Smith is a retired software engineering manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they worked from 2003 to the present. With a focus on IT applications architecture, development, and project management, Arthur is SAFe® 5 certified and has a strong record of delivering successful results while fostering a cohesive team environment. They also held consulting roles at Northrop Grumman and PKW Associates from 1999 to 2003. Arthur earned a Certificate in Information Technology from Tulane University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
