Ashley Fried

Ashley Fried, M.S., currently serves as a Senior Well-being Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since April 2019, following a role as a Wellbeing Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Wellness Services at Benefit Management Group (BMG) from May 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities involved developing and coordinating health and wellness programs and analyzing health data for actionable insights. From May 2013 to May 2015, Ashley worked as a Health Policy Analyst for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, managing CDC-funded programs related to heart disease and stroke. Earlier experience includes coordinating breast cancer screening programs at Adventist HealthCare and providing health education and screenings as an intern. Educational credentials include a dual master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Community Health from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. Additionally, Ashley has educational experience from West Virginia University and the Community College of Baltimore County.
