Eva A. possesses extensive experience in Agile project management and leadership roles across multiple industries. Serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Lennar from June 2018 to August 2020, Eva facilitated cross-functional team processes and improved timeline transparency through effective user story definition and backlog management in Jira. Prior to that, Eva worked as a Database Administrator at bp, addressing database performance issues, and transitioned to an Agile Coaching Professional role at Freddie Mac before taking on a Senior Scrum Master position at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
