George Cutrell

George Cutrell is a Manager Software Engineering at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, leading the delivery of the Inquiry360 product for the Customer Service Product portfolio. With experience in managing solutions at companies such as hCentive, NII Holdings, Inc., Clearwire, and Sprint, George has a strong background in IT development and innovation. George also served as the Vice-Chair of the Global Roaming Working Group at the WiMAX Forum, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing roaming strategies for mobile WiMAX. With a BS in Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, George is well-equipped to lead technical teams and drive successful product implementations.
