Heather Hahn

Heather Hahn, MS, PHR, has over 18 years of experience in the health insurance sector, primarily with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2005. Currently serving as Divisional Advisor and Chief of Staff, Heather oversees the Compliance Governance, Risk and Compliance program and its software platform, ensuring effective risk management through various projects. Previously, Heather managed the Regulatory Compliance and Policy Management Program and has significant experience in human resources, including recruitment, policy management, and team collaboration. Heather holds a B.S. in Human Development Studies and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, along with an M.S. in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
