Heather McDonough

Heather McDonough is an experienced professional in brand and advertising management, currently serving as the Director of Brand and Advertising at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since December 2015. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Sr. Manager of Advertising & Branding with the Baltimore Ravens from 2007 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing advertising and branding efforts. Heather earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Towson University.
