Igor Shkolnik

Igor Shkolnik is an experienced software engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Platform Integration at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Igor has held various roles within the company since June 2014, including Manager and Consultant in software engineering and application services. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Social Security Administration, where Igor was a Software Development Team Lead and Project Manager, as well as a Senior Software Developer.
