Ilhan Dilber

Ilhan Dilber is an experienced professional in quality assurance and testing, currently serving as the Director of Quality & Testing at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since March 2017. Previously, Ilhan held the position of Director of QA/QC at Fannie Mae and was the VP of Quality Architect Lead at JPMorgan Chase, where leadership and strategic improvements in quality assurance were key responsibilities. Ilhan's earlier roles include Development Director at ANSYS Inc., overseeing multiple testing teams, and Director of Testing & Release at Fluent Inc., managing a large team across various locations. Ilhan began a career in engineering as a CFD engineer at FMC Corp. and as an Industrial Consulting Engineer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Ilhan holds a PhD and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
