Jesse Strow, MBA, is a seasoned instructional systems designer with extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since May 2019, Jesse has focused on creating internal trainings for leadership development and compliance through eLearning and multimedia resources. Prior roles include Senior Instructional Designer at OneMain Financial, where Jesse updated training courses for legal compliance, and Training Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology, developing web-based training for Medicare programs. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Science from Covenant College, Jesse combines expertise in instructional design with a solid foundation in technology and business.
