John Randall

John Randall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and business applications. Currently serving as the Manager of PMO Portfolio Tools at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since November 2018, John previously held various leadership roles at PROS from December 2006 to March 2018, including Manager of Business Applications and Manager of Interim IT Operations. In these positions, John successfully led teams to support and enhance enterprise-wide applications, ensured compliance with corporate governance and security policies, and managed internal IT processes during leadership transitions. John holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.
