Jon S. Ryu is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product lifecycle management and digital experience initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Product Management Consultant for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since May 2018, Jon S. Ryu has excelled in developing product strategies and driving adoption of best practices across multiple product lines. Prior experience includes roles at the Internal Revenue Service, where responsibilities involved electronic filing and case management, and at the USPTO, leading product teams within the Trademark Division. Additional experience includes product management roles at USDA and the U.S. Census Bureau, as well as a lengthy tenure at GEICO as a Lead Business Analyst. Jon S.
