LaShawn Moore

LaShawn Moore has extensive experience in human resources and operational roles across multiple organizations. Beginning as a Tax Administrator/Assistant at PHH Arval from January 1999 to January 2001, LaShawn transitioned to various positions, including Relay Operator at AT&T Mobility and Sr. HR Administrator at Constellation Energy. From September 2007 to March 2009, LaShawn worked as an HR Service Center Rep at ATK. Following that, an Operational Specialist role at Cigna from January 2014 to September 2023 involved coordinating Stars activities and enhancing metrics through cross-functional collaboration. Since June 2011, LaShawn has also been serving as an HR Administrator at HealthSpring and currently holds a position at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. LaShawn is expected to complete a degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2024.
