Leo Panyan has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as Principal Domain Architect at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2005, where previous roles included Senior Software Architect, Technical Lead Engineer, and Lead Software Engineer. Prior to this, Leo held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Educate Inc. and at Mentor Technologies Group, as well as various software engineering roles at RWD Technologies, McCabe & Associates, and MCI Systemhouse. Leo completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2006 and 2009.
