Peter Day

Peter Day is a seasoned professional in change management and technology transformation, currently serving as the Business Change Management Lead at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since December 2022, where responsibility includes leading change management and communications in a multi-year Technology Transformation Program. Previously, Peter Day worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Ascent Solutions, focusing on cyber security projects, and as an Instructional Designer at Discover Technologies, creating and maintaining an internal learning portal for a federal agency. Peter Day's earlier experience includes over a decade at New Signature as a Change Management Consultant and Senior Information Technology Consultant, where innovative change plans were developed for diverse organizations, leveraging Prosci methodologies to enhance adoption of Office 365. Peter Day holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
