Robert Casper

Robert Casper is an experienced leader in healthcare and organizational transformation with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Portfolio Lead for Health Access Modernization at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Robert defines and drives the vision and strategy for key healthcare solutions. Previously at Pfizer, Robert directed Agile coaching and Lean initiatives to enhance product portfolio management. At Conduent, Robert managed a multi-million-dollar healthcare program with a focus on patient assistance services. Robert's tenure at Anthem involved executing major strategy programs and policy development, while an extensive military career in the US Navy included leading project management offices and strategic planning for maritime operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Joint Campaign Strategy and Planning from the National Defense University.
