Rose Megian

Rose Megian is Executive Vice President of Specialty Markets, Operations/Shared Services for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. She is responsible for service operations, claims and other party liability, enrollment operations, compliance, quality, training, budget and vendor managements, business development and integration, dental business operations, sales and broker service, and billing support. Ms. Megian has more than 20 years of experience in health care services, operations, finance and leadership. Prior to joining CareFirst, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Arizona branch of Health Net, Inc., and Regional Health Care Services Officer for the organization at large.

Ms. Megian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
