Ryan Mihalic

Ryan Mihalic is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. They previously served as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at the same organization, having joined in 2013 after working as Regional Counsel at Aetna from 2009 to 2013 and as an Attorney at Murtha Cullina LLP from 2002 to 2009. Ryan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and holds an LLM and LLB from the University of Exeter, along with a BA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
