Sanna Bryant

Sanna Bryant, PHR, is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sanna spent over 12 years with the United States Air Force, advancing from Air Transportation Specialist to Human Resource, Facility and Administrative Manager. In this latter position, Sanna successfully led a six-member team managing a $600K budget across multiple sites and oversaw HR projects impacting 410 employees, directly advising C-Suite leaders. Sanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with two Associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of the Air Force and Interdisciplinary Studies from Kaplan University.
