Shar Ferrell

Shar Ferrell is a strategic thinker and people-first leader with extensive experience in operations and team management across various industries. Currently, they serve as a Senior Advisor/Consultant at Latch and as the Director of Engagement Centers at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Previously, Shar held key leadership positions at Apple Inc., where they managed large teams and drove significant operational efficiencies, and at Alfred, where they led cross-functional initiatives to enhance revenue growth. With a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, Shar has consistently worked to create environments that foster collaboration and engagement among team members. They earned a degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
