Shruti Ghosh

Shruti Ghosh is an experienced professional in product strategy and management, currently serving in an enterprise role at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since December 2022. Previously, Shruti held the position of Managing Director of Product Innovations at Truth Initiative, a prominent nonprofit focused on tobacco control, from May 2021 to April 2022. At CAQH, from March 2017 to May 2021, Shruti worked as a Sr Product Manager, contributing to healthcare business process transformation. Earlier roles include New Product Program Manager at hCentive, Inc., Strategy and Innovation Consultant at Deloitte, and Manager of Research at Colliers International, where Shruti built a research team and coordinated global projects. Shruti's consultancy experiences also include positions at CRISIL and IPE Global Private Limited, as well as product marketing leadership at International Road Dynamics South Asia Pvt. Ltd. Academically, Shruti holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
