Tim Handley is a retired Assistant Special Agent In Charge (ASAC) at the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS/OIG), having served from 2021 to 2025. Prior to retirement, Tim worked as a Special Agent at both the HHS Office of Inspector General from 1999 to 2013 and at USPS/OIG from 2013 to 2021, specializing in complex investigations of fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare programs. Currently, Tim is a Senior Investigator at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from King's College and has completed the Criminal Investigator Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
