Currently serving as the Vice President of Cost of Care and Care Partnerships at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Troy leads initiatives aiming for significant annual financial savings through effective governance and partnerships with external solution vendors. Prior experience at Blue Cross NC included roles as Vice President of Affordability and Value Programs, where Troy spearheaded processes leading to over $300M in annual savings, and as Director of Strategic Planning and Network Contracting.
