Alex Marcello

Alex Marcello, CCP has extensive work experience in compensation, benefits, and systems. They have held various roles at Seniorlink, including Manager, Compensation, Benefits & Systems, Supervisor, Compensation, Benefits & Systems, Lead Compensation & Systems Analyst, Senior HR Specialist - Systems and Reporting, HR Specialist-Systems & Reporting, and Human Resources Coordinator. They have also worked as a Tutor/Mentor at Walter Denney Youth Center and as an Assets Intern at Boston's Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition. Currently, Alex is a Member at Large on the Board of Directors for the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts.

Alex Marcello, CCP attended UMass Boston from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Psychology. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork. They also obtained certifications in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from Coursera in 2017. Additionally, they are pursuing the SHRM People Analytics Specialty Credential from SHRM, with an expected completion in 2023.
