Dorietta Thomas

Dorietta Thomas, MSW, CAMSII, GS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dorietta currently serves as a Care Manager Lead at Careforth since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Freedom From Within, LLC as a Therapist and as a Business Owner, starting in September 2019. Dorietta also has experience as a DUI Instructor for an independent contractor starting in July 2016 and as a Certified Anger Management Specialist II for another independent contractor starting in July 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Care Coach at Seniorlink from September 2020 to December 2021. From February 2009 to December 2019, they were a Therapist at Wide Range Resources. Dorietta also worked as a Social Worker at Benchmark Human Services from April 2016 to March 2019 and as a Social Worker-DBHDD at the State of Georgia from January 2012 to March 2016. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Treatment Team Supervisor at Waston Behavior Health from February 2014 to July 2015, and as a Social Worker Supervisor at Central State Hospital from July 2007 to December 2011.

Dorietta Thomas holds a Master's degree in Social Work, which was obtained from Savannah State University from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Certified Theft Prevention Specialist and Certified Grief Specialist from High Impact Training in 2020. Dorietta also acquired a DUI Instructor certification from Prime for life! in July 2016.
