Dr. Carla Pennington

Dr. Carla Pennington serves as the Southern Division Director of Sales and Community Partnerships for Careforth, managing operations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Louisiana since September 2024. With extensive experience in leadership and management, Dr. Pennington has owned and operated Prestigious Communications, LLC since December 2010. Previous roles include Regional Director of Sales for Traditions Health, where oversight was provided for six locations, and Manager of Business Development at ProMedica, focusing on multi-site sales teams. Dr. Pennington has also held positions in education as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University and as a Senior Hospice Sales Executive at Amedisys. Dr. Pennington holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and advanced degrees in Advertising & Public Relations and Communication & Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
