Elon Ramirez started working at McDonald's in February 2018 as a Crew Member, providing excellent customer service, processing payments and orders, and addressing customer complaints. In August 2022, Ramirez became a Cyber Security Analyst at Careful Security, where they conducted SIEM monitoring, documented security events, and alerted clients of SIEM findings and events. Ramirez was promoted to Cyber Security Engineer in March 2023.
Elon Ramirez obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems specializing in Information Security and Forensics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing the program from 2017 to 2022. In addition to this degree, they also earned certifications including membership to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society in April 2022, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in December 2020.

Careful Security was founded in 2020 to provide prompt cybersecurity services to businesses and reduce their risk of cyberattacks.
