Jenny Leight

Jenny Leight is a business development and strategy professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and investment analysis. Currently serving at Carefull since February 2025, Jenny previously held the position of Head of Corporate Partnerships at MealPal and worked as an Analyst at Level Equity, a growth equity firm managing over $3 billion. Earlier roles include a Summer Analyst at Level Equity and General Catalyst, as well as a Business Development Associate at The Juice. As a member of the Board of Directors for Harvard Student Agencies, Jenny contributed to strategic discussions and led the largest business unit, The Harvard Shop, generating $4.3 million in revenue. Additional experience includes managing delivery and logistics for HSA Cleaners and Dorm Essentials, overseeing a team of 30 employees. Jenny Leight holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from Harvard University.
