Marcus Brattström has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries.
Marcus currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at Careium since October 2022.
Prior to this, they worked at Tactel AB as a Gruppledare/projektledare from October 2019 to October 2022.
Before that, they were associated with Verisure, where they held various roles. Marcus served as a Product Manager for the area of Lead and Sale from January 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they provided and managed business support systems for multiple countries and was responsible for the long-term roadmap and channeling business ideas into the IT organization. Marcus also worked as a Product Owner for the area of Lead & Sales with belonging applications from January 2015 to January 2017. In this role, they managed the transformation of business requirements into development tasks and oversaw the progress and processes of the agile scrum team. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager from September 2013 to January 2015, responsible for delivering IT support for a global business transformation initiative.
Marcus Brattström started their professional career at Verisure in 2008 as a Business system analyst and project manager. In this role, they gathered business requirements, supported integration and acceptance testing, and provided post-implementation support. Marcus rationalized processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Before joining Verisure, they worked at Academedia as a Project Technical Manager from 2006 to 2008 and at Högskolan i Kalmar as a Developer from 2003 to 2006.
Marcus Brattström attended Lund University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Historia. Following this, they enrolled at Kalmar University from 1999 to 2003 and completed a Magisterexamen i informatik in Informatik.

This range of products is available through several sales channels, including telecom operators and retailers in more than 40 countries. Jan-Erik Larsson founded CareTech on February 28, 1990 until its merger with Doro as Doro Care, with its headquarters in Kalix in Sweden and a branch in the United Kingdom.
