준연 김 is currently the Director of Strategic Operations in the Digital Marketing Division at Carelabs, focusing on e-commerce and platform business planning, sales management, service operations, and digital marketing. Previously, they held leadership positions at Yanolja, where they managed business planning and execution for the accommodation sector, and at Sandbox Network Inc., overseeing IP solutions and commerce platform operations. Prior to that, 준연 served as a team leader at CJ Freshway, managing a B2B food materials distribution platform, and worked as a manager at Ticket Monster Inc., driving sales strategy and analytics. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Convergence Management from Hanyang University, completed in 2015.
