Søren Lybye

Søren Lybye is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management, analysis, and sales. They co-founded their first company in 1992 and have held positions such as Sales Manager, Country Manager, and Director across various sectors, including logistics software and customer experience management. Currently, Søren serves as COO at Carelink Gruppen, the fastest-growing temp agency in Denmark, and is a board member for both Brancheforening Fleksibel Arbejdskraft and Carelink Pleje A/S. They have previously led Telemind ApS, focusing on enhancing customer service touchpoints and employee training.
