Annika Spilker

Annika Spilker has a diverse range of work experience. Annika is currently the Head of Immigration at Careloop starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Localyze where they held multiple roles. Annika was a Customer Experience Team Lead - International Relocation from January 2022 to January 2023, and before that, they were a Relocation / Immigration / Global Mobility Specialist from March 2021 to December 2021. Before Localyze, Annika founded a social start-up called Bonda in 2019, focusing on women empowerment projects in Guatemala. Annika was recognized by adidas and Impact Hub in 2020 as one of the 30 early-stage social start-ups to join their Close the Gap program. Annika also has experience working at Amazon, where they were an EU Employer Branding & Marketing Specialist from May 2018 to July 2019 and an EU Employer Branding & Marketing Intern from May 2017 to January 2018. Annika'searliest work experience was at Philips, where they worked as a Trade Shopper Marketing Officer from February 2016 to June 2016 and as a Dual Student from September 2012 to February 2016.

Annika Spilker attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Intercultural Business Communication. In 2022, they studied at Sciences Po for a course titled "International migrations: a global issue," focusing on Sociology, Political Science, and Migrations. Prior to their Master's degree, Annika completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Science and Management at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2012 to 2016. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a semester abroad program at Universidad de Almería in 2014 and 2015, focusing on Business Administration.
