CareNeighbour reimagines client management for the care industry, making every visit verified, every carer trusted, and every client truly understood.

We started with a simple observation, care is one of the most important services in the world, yet it is almost entirely invisible. Families can't see what happens in the home. Carers have no structured way to track their clients over time. Providers find out about problems through complaints long after the damage is done.

We're changing that with a consent-first AI wearable that automatically documents every care visit and does three powerful things at once.

For carers, it's a brand new kind of client management tool.
Instead of filling out progress notes after a long shift, CareNeighbour automatically builds a rich, structured profile of each client from real visit data tracking mood patterns, recurring concerns, medication mentions, mobility changes, and communication preferences over time. Carers walk into every visit better informed, and leave with a professional record already written. Meanwhile building a professional profile from real visits. A portable trust score and reputation they own, that proves the quality of their work and protects them from false accusations.

Providers get live quality signals and incident flags replace reactive spot-checks with continuous, evidence-based oversight. Less admin. Earlier intervention. Better compliance.

Family gets a plain-language summary after every visit, a transparent record when something goes wrong, and a faster pathway to resolution when it matters most.

We are currently piloting with NDIS and aged care providers across Melbourne, with a mission to raise the standard of professional care across Australia and beyond.

If you're a care provider, carer, or family who believes the care industry deserves better infrastructure we'd love to connect.
