Hebah Uddin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and education. Currently serving as Quality Team Lead in Customer Experience at Care/of, Uddin has held various roles in the company since October 2020. Uddin's teaching experience includes positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Creative Writing at Hofstra University and a High School English Teacher at MDQ Academy.
