Van L. is currently the Director of Engineering and Operational Excellence at Care/of, where they lead initiatives to enhance operational capabilities and streamline processes. They previously held roles such as Senior Program Manager and Manager of Continuous Improvement at the same company, and have extensive experience in program and project management from their time at Blue Apron and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Van L. also contributed as an Engineering Consultant through McGill University and participated in significant engineering projects as part of the Neptec Rover Team at McGill. Additionally, they are pursuing both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from McGill University and Drexel University, respectively.
