Dave Smith

Dave Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Analytic Capabilities at CareOregon since July 2012, Dave has managed a diverse team and spearheaded significant process improvements, including the transition to Agile/Scrum methodology and the establishment of a Business Systems Analyst team.
