Anthony Concilio

Anthony Concilio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anthony started their career in 2006 at Tenova as a Procurement Specialist, where they established relationships with vendors and managed customer relationships in the spare parts department. In 2010, they worked at EDMC as an Admissions Representative/Recruiter, conducting interviews with potential students and improving the sales team's performance. Anthony also held roles as an HR Services Representative II, Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Analyst II at EDMC, where they focused on employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. From 2014 to 2021, Anthony worked at CONSOL Energy as an HR Coordinator and later as a Supervisor Human Resources, overseeing multiple locations, implementing workforce development programs, and improving operational efficiency. In 2021, they joined WVU Medicine as a Manager, Human Resources, overseeing HR operations. Currently, Anthony is the Senior Human Resources Manager at CarepathRx, responsible for managing HR functions across multiple locations and collaborating with various healthcare organizations.

Anthony Concilio has a solid education background. Anthony obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from Argosy University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Penn State University from 2001 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts and Sciences.

In addition to their academic achievements, Anthony Concilio has also pursued further certifications. In August 2021, they obtained a Tandem Skydive certification from Skydive Rick's. Furthermore, in May 2021, they earned the sHRBP - Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
