Rachel Werner

Rachel Werner is a Clinical Pharmacist at CarepathRx, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Rachel served as a Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from August 2017 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Clinical Intern at Chartwell Pennsylvania, LP from April 2015 to May 2017 and as a Pharmacy Intern at Giant Eagle, Inc. from April 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, Rachel has experience as a Summer Research Assistant at Duquesne University in 2014. Rachel earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Duquesne University, completing the program in 2017.
