Steph Pancheri

Steph Pancheri has extensive work experience in the pharmacy industry. Steph began their career in 1996 at Chartwell Diversified Services, Inc., where they worked as a pharmacist until 2010. Steph then joined Chartwell Pennsylvania, LP as a Regional Director of Pharmacy, a role they held for 24 years until 2020.

In 2020, Steph Pancheri joined CarepathRx as a Regional Director of Pharmacy. At CarepathRx, they played a key role in overseeing the integration of innovative clinical pharmacy services and technology to support patients throughout their healthcare journey.

In March 2021, Steph Pancheri was promoted to the position of Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at CarepathRx, where they continue to contribute their expertise in driving industry-best clinical outcomes and supporting health systems, hospitals, and patients nationwide.

Steph Pancheri holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Duquesne University. Prior to that, Steph received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the same institution. Steph is also a member of the National Home Infusion Association and a member of the P&T Committee at Family Comfort Hospice & Palliative Care.
