Grandy Cody

Grandy Cody is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at CareQuest since September 2020, Grandy excels in fostering communication and coordinating organizational efforts. Previously, as Director of Operations at DentaQuest, Grandy managed a $30M philanthropic initiative, overseeing strategy, governance, finance, and event management. Grandy also held senior roles at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where leadership in donor engagement and program development was achieved, and had foundational experience with major gifts at the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. An educational background includes an MBA and a BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati.
