Patty Ma has diverse work experience in the legal field, with a focus on healthcare services. Patty is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. Previously, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Patricia Ma, Esquire and held the role of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Active Day, overseeing legal and regulatory strategies, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Patty also served as an Of Counsel at Zelis Healthcare, providing legal advice and support to the company, and as a Legal Counsel at Axiom Law, where they led a team supporting M&A and joint venture activities. Patty has also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing outsourced General Counsel services to start-up businesses and small to medium-sized companies. Prior to this, Patty held senior legal positions at DentaQuest/Delta Dental of Massachusetts, Gentiva Health Services, Olsten, and National Medical Care, gaining extensive experience in the healthcare industry.
