Shannyn Burch

Shannyn Burch is a dedicated Global Talent Management Leader with extensive experience in talent development, program design, and organizational excellence. They have held key roles such as Director of Talent Development at Definitive Healthcare and Director of Talent Management at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, where they have significantly advanced onboarding processes and spearheaded management development programs. As an openly gay leader, Shannyn co-founded and led LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Groups, emphasizing the integration of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles in all initiatives. Shannyn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts at the University at Albany, SUNY.
