Lois Baik

Lois Baik is a skilled Product Designer with a strong background in design and user experience. Currently positioned at CareRev since July 2021, Lois leads end-to-end product design processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Previous experience includes a role at Co.Lab, where Lois engaged in user research and designed user flows and personas. At InBody USA, significant contributions as a Creative Designer resulted in a 3% increase in B2B e-commerce website click-through rates through effective homepage redesigns. Earlier career experiences include positions as Junior Designer at InBody USA and a Graphic Designer at CSULB Brand Workshop. Lois holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from California State University, Long Beach and completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp at Bloc in 2020.
