Ron Griffith

Ron Griffith is the current CEO at Caresfield. Ron has been with the company since 2014, when they were first brought on as the CRO. In this role, Griffith was responsible for driving long-term revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing planning. Ron was promoted to Marketing Director in 2011 and oversaw the development and implementation of the company's marketing automation system. In 2006, Griffith was promoted to Sales Director, where they were responsible for the sales team and coordination at the strategic and tactical levels with other functions of the company. Ron began their career at Caresfield as an Inside Sales Representative in 1996.
